When paying in Czech Korunas, the amount will be calculated using the current official exchange rate (e.g. as of March 20, 2026: 1 € = 24.505 Kč).
The conference fee includes:
- Access to the scientific program (all lectures and posters)
- Conference bag with conference materials
- Printed program of the conference
- Extended abstracts e-book with ISBN on a USB
- Food and drinks during coffee breaks on all 3 days
- Refreshments during the Sunday afternoon registration event
- Initial social dinner (Monday)
- Social/cultural/tour with dinner (Tuesday)
- Final dinner and closing ceremony (Wednesday)
